About Me

I’m Jonas Keturka, a hands-on engineering leader based in Vilnius. I work at Plumery, and I like operating close to the seam where product direction, architecture, and team dynamics all start affecting each other.

My background leans heavily technical: engineering, tech lead work, and the kind of delivery problems that never fit neatly into one box. Some days that means architecture and execution. Other days it means coaching, decision-making, and helping a team stay calm while the system around it gets noisy.

This blog is where I write about engineering management, systems thinking, AI-assisted software work, and the practical side of leading builders. I still enjoy code, still care about the shape of a codebase, and still think leadership works best when it stays grounded in how software is actually made.

If GitHub is where the experiments, patterns, and side projects go, this site is where the longer-form thinking lives.
